Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the Operations/ Warehouse Team and ensures the team exceeds customers' service standards and expectations
• Oversee and monitor Daily Operations and ensure stock inventory for all SKUs are properly stocked and ready for business operations timely
• Coordinate with all relevant parties (HQ, Warehouse Team, Retail Team) to ensure Warehouse/ Storeroom flowing inventory are timely forecast
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (sales reports, invoices, staff expenses) are accurately documented daily and accurately on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Supports Sales and Marketing functions with Country Head to ensure the compliance of operational processes and procedures for store operations, sales, marketing and customer service within the retail stores
• Provide weekly updates/report pro-actively to Country Head
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

       Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder is preferred
• Preferably 5 years of experience in fast moving/ retail environment / premium lifestyle brand
• A proven track record in managing retail operations at a managerial level
• Effective people management skills: motivation, development and performance management
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
