We are looking for a dynamic SHIPPING OFFICER to help our 6 people team to address the fast growth of our business. The ideal candidate will work in liaise with Logistics Officer and will be in charge of shipment preparation for HONG KONG, MAINLAND CHINA, JAPAN, KOREA, TAIWAN and SOUTH EAST ASIA.

The position is based in InvivoGen main office in the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks, Shatin.

Mains responsibilities are:

• Receive orders by email and process it in our internal system
• Pick-up and package products in our warehouse to prepare the shipments
• Arrange shipment schedule with logistic company (FedEx)
• Follow-up product delivery status in liaise with our customers
• Declare shipments in TRADELINK system
• Manage product inventory

Qualifications

• Paying attention to details, you know how to work fast and efficiently to respect the timelines
• You are dynamic and looking for a hands-on job  
• You speak English and an additional Chinese and/or Cantonese is a strong advantage
• You are willing to join a small multicultural team to grow with the company development

• Good software and MS Office knowledge
• Can-do attitude with problem solving skills

Starting date: as soon as possible (urgent)

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (full day is required)
