Report to: Operations Director / Order Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate internally and externally regarding orders and transportation needs
2. Daily monitoring of client’s EDI or web based systems for PO’s, Updates and shipment details
3. Coordinate timely dispatches with domestics and overseas vendors
4. Monitor vendors and 3^rd party logistics providers operations to conform to our customer’s compliance requirements
5. Troubleshoot logistics and order placement related issues with service providers, overseas vendors and customers
6. Utilize various functions in SAP, including but not limited to item setup, creating orders, goods receipt, delivery, etc.
7. Prepare Import/Export documentations for international shipments
8. Initiate timely invoicing and work closely with accounting department to ensure billing accuracy
9. Various SAP projects or other duties as they arise

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of purchasing or logistics.
2. Quick learner, detail oriented with proven ability to work efficiently with high accuracy
3. Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
4. Strong knowledge of import / export documentation and solid understanding of Inco terms
5. Proficiency in SAP (or other operating systems) Outlook, Excel and Word is required
6. Strong verbal / written communication skills (English and Chinese) are essential
7. Immediately available is highly preferred
