Responsibilities:

• Monitor small team performance and productivity to enhance daily operations standard;
• Coordinate and liaise with 3PLs for stock distribution and delivery;
• Work closely with warehouse team on daily operations;
• Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded;
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties;
• Prepare monthly operation analysis reports and statistics;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 

• F.5 or above in logistic / supply chain or relevant disciplines preferred and advantageous;
• 3 years relevant experience in warehouse operations;
• Experience in 3PL logistics is an advantage;
• Detail-minded and good team player;
• Self-motivated, proactive, initiative & have a high sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Excel, Chinese typing;
• Good command of written in English and Chinese.
