Our Client, IT MNC, is seeking for a high caliber as Supply Chain Officer to manage 3PL for HK's supply chain operation so as to support their post-support business. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods
• Supportive for handling inventory planning and controlling
• Liaise with 3PL warehouse to cope with logistics issues
• Handle escalation and complaint from internal or external customers.
• Review and provide recommendations to enhance operations efficiency and inventory 
• Monitor in/out record of stock ensure inventory integrity and accuracy
• Work with warehouse supervisor to conduct cycle counts and stock takes
• Provide proactive customer

Requirements:

• Higher diploma, Associate Degree or above.
• 2-3 years’ experience in logistics operation.
• Detail oriented, able to effectively solve problems and work independently and with others
• Good communication
• Proficient in working with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese in spoken and written.
• Pro-active, Mature, self-motivated, hardworking.
• Reliable and respecting the confidentiality of the company’s business
• SAP knowledge is advance
