Report to: EQU & POS Coordinator, RAP

Job Description:

• To coordinate and supervise the execution of transshipment inbound & outbound operations timely and accurately.  Investigate connection plan deviation
• EQU & OPS coordination within RAP region
• Quality control of reporting in GLOBE equipment history, e.g. error management
• Gather data & information of equipment related situation reports from FEALOFC / APALOC
• Tracking of overdue and unreturned units
• Provide GLOBE training to local offices & agents
• Maintain and update Intermodal Cost in Compass and GLOBE
• Update operative schedule in GLOBE
• Responsible for the In & Out bound t/s activities
• Check pre & on carriage of t/s with line hauls to port of origins and investigate if any deviation from planned connection
• Perform cost input & invoice received for pre and on-carriage via truck or feeder transport mode in Compass Transportation
• Answer inquiries of transshipment cargo status and other administrative / operational supports

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with working experience in Shipping or Container Logistics
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Innovative and self-motivated
• Cost consciousness
• Good command of English
• Good command of Window applications
