Job Description

• Follow up shipment bookings from our customers and overseas agents; •
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints to meet customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations;
• Candidate with experience in handling key accounts, good initiative, partnership is preferable;
• Assist clerical and administration work for the department, if required;
• Provide back-up support to teammates during their absence.

Requirements

• F.5 or above, matriculation preferable;
• With customer service experience in both airfreight and seafreight and/or transshipment preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & Putonghua;
• Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel spreadsheet.
• Mature, friendly, willing to work independent, overtime and under pressure;
• Initiative, good sense of responsibility and self-discipline;
• Candidate with ownership, partnership and career mind will be considered with higher priority.
