Job Description
Based in Hong Kong, reporting the CEO, his/her main responsibilities are:
- Full P&L responsibility for the FMS service.

Strategy – Planning, designing and implementing strategy of the operations to ensure company targets are met
-
Drive Revenue and Profitability – Spearhead development of SCM & FMS services in Hong Kong and China branches, expand scale and footprint to meet revenue and profitability plan.

Operational management
-
Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

Manage and develop direct reporting staff.

Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards, as referenced in the Company policy and standards document.

Strong Team Management – Drive sales team directly and through regional and functional leaders. Able to manage, motivate, train and influence the team member to keep high team morale.

Awareness and Communication – Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization. Be an effective communicator with Headquarter, other regions and internal China Team.
Requirement:

Planning, Budgeting and forecasting. - Align with Strategic Planning to well forecast and control Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Product functions. Act quickly to market trend to ensure a stable and consistent growth.

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent

10 years of operation & business development experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics with a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions

Excellent interpersonal skills with good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
