Job Description

Our client is a leading well-known FMCG company. To cope with their business needs, the company is currently looking for an Assistant Manager – Logistics and Customer Service to join their team. The position is based in Hong Kong Regional Office to provide logistics support to Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with regional and China counterparts to support projects such as new products, packaging development and order requirements etc.
  • Liaison and coordination with production plant for forecast, order processing and inventory control
  • Proactively support both internal customers with order status analysis and provide recommendations and contingency plans
  • Manage and control the team budget and expenses, oversee Sales & Profits of Export Division
  • Coordinate with factory on finished products, raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure efficient inventories
  • Keeps internal customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment updates etc.
  • Sales Order Administration, processing and Scheduling
  • Import & Export activities e.g. Shipment Liaison & Coordination of documentations
  • Marketing administrative support to regional counterparts
  • Track and log information in the system

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree Holder or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain order processing and management preferably with a FMCG industry. (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer)
  • Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office & JD ERP system
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Immediately available is preferable
