Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the shipments with the customers, vendors and forwarder/ courier;
• Prepare full set of Import/ Export shipping documents and banking documents independently;
• Follow up the customers and vendors enquiry;
• Prepare the shipment reports.

Requirements: 

• Diploma / Associate degree or above in supply chain management or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, those with solid experience in supervising logistics staff in PRC will be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office application, especially in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Mature, self-motivated and detail oriented;
• Proficient in both spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
