Job Description

You report to the Manager Supply Chain Account Management Asia and works at our Distribution Center Asia located at Tsing Yi.

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this role you are responsible for account management, order management, stock replenishment, VAS, resources planning, export & delivery and process management for Distribution Center Asia. Your main tasks will include:

  • Collaborate and integrate with business partners worldwide on supply chain process and daily operationsfor both Components and Finished Goods businesses
  • Manage and handle end-to-end process including but not limit to SAP set up, align processes, customer expectation and delivery date with business partners
  • Coordinate shipping arrangement for both inbound and outbound deliveries including prepare export documentation, booking and prepare AWB etc.
  • Liaise with IT and related teams on supply chain processes and coordinate to provide solution for Asia users including conduct system testing and user acceptance test and deliver training to warehouse staff

 

WHAT WE EXPECT

You hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related studies.

As a motivated supply chain professional, you bring at least 3 years of relevant working experience in supply chain and process improvement.

You are an organized and pro-active team player with high level of problem solving skills.

Furthermore, you have excellent skills and know how in using SAP and Excel.

You must have good command in both English and Chinese. If you have understanding in production process is a plus.
