Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of export process for Air (Aerospace )
• Familiar with Aerospace shipments requirements for export is a must
• Familiar with DG handling
• Able to communicate with customers
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Arrange bookings with airlines, co-loaders and confirm cargo space on flight
• Plan cargo consolidation for maximization of equalization
• Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements
• Assist in monitoring ULD built up
• AOG Handling after office hour (if urgent needs)

Requirements:

• DSE Certificate / Diploma holder or aboved
• 2-3 years working experience in airfreight operations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Words, Excel and Power Point
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
