Job Duties:

• Reporting to Supply Chain Operations Lead
• Manage order fulfillment, monitoring of delivery schedules, supply technical information, handling order enquiries and address complaints and related issues
• Support logistics and shipment related issues by working with 3PL
• Aware of improvement opportunities in processes and initiate actions

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business/ Supply Chain with at least 3 years' relevant MNC experience in customer service, order processing and logistics/shipping operations
• Detail-oriented, accurate and precise
• Excellent team member with good interpersonal skills to work effectively with different parties
• Adaptable to change and flexible in problem solving
• Fluent communication skills in written and verbal English and Chinese/ Mandarin
• SAP knowledge a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
