Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of one team
• Job allocation of each colleague in the team
• Review and provide recommendations to enhance operations efficiency and inventory control
• Monitor in/out record of stock ensure inventory integrity and accuracy
• Work with warehouse supervisor to conduct cycle counts and stock takes
• Be a key customer services contact point of assigned key accounts
• Provide proactive customer services on account servicing to enhance CS quality
• Handle customer’s complaints – to investigate and propose follow-up actions when irregularities
• Work location: Tin Shui Wai Warehouse
• Working days & hours: 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday-off)

Who we are looking for

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• At least 5 years relevant experiences, preferable in logistics and warehouse
• Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
• Professional telephone manner in handling customers’ enquiries
• Positive attitude while under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Knowledge on PC applications
• Immediately available would be an advantage
