Duties:

• customize and sell travel products to potential clients and respond to all enquiries.
• promoting tourist product of the Countries/Destinations that in related to the Company’s business.
• handle bookings and liaise with suppliers/operators on exact requirements, costings and operating.
• provide impeccable service to the clients who have booked the trip.
• to follow up on customer's feedback.

Requirement:

• DSE/equivalence graduated or above.
• Travel agency experience/relevant experience at similar position of at least 1 years or above.
• Strong knowledge of travel geography.
• Good interpersonal skills, fluent in English, preferably Mandarin and enjoy dealing with people.
• Hands-on experience in reservation and ticketing skills via Amadeus/Sabre.
• Knowledge of GIT operations experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in PC operations i.e. Excel, Photoshop, AI software and Chinese word processing.
• Able to travel and work under tight deadline
• Self-motivated, efficient and accurate.
