Job Responsibilities:

• Report update and preparation;
• Assist in daily operation and office work;
• Assist team to handle all tasks and reports;
• Perform general clerical and registration duties;
• Responsible for working on license issue and quotation; and
• Outdoor errands may be required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing and Public Relations;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fields of marketing or customer relationship;
• Must be self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, able to manage deals independently, can work under pressure and overtime;
• Good computer in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing;
• Fluent written; spoken English and Mandarin; and
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
