Job Description

Responsibilities

- 

To carry out general typing, filing & other clerical duties of sales division according to pre-determined procedures & precise rules.

- 

Type and file quotation, tender, purchasing order & job records, etc..

- 

 Preparation of sales order, delivery receipt, installation order, bill/pay documents & update relevant reports.

 -

 Coordinate with logistics for delivery.

 

Requirements

- 

Secondary School graduate or above education.

- 

1 year working experience in clerical work.

- 

Proficiency in computer software applications including MS office operation.
