Program Structure:

The Management Trainee Program is a 12-month attachment including job rotation in various departments, on-the-job training in our Bakery Shops and Factory.
The program aims to provide an opportunities for trainee who is passionate and interested in Bakery industry to explore day-to-day operations and possibilities in Bakery shops and factory, develop their potentials and management skills for further career development.
Upon successful completion, the candidates will be offered middle management or equivalent positions within the group. Further career advancement opportunities will be considered for candidates with outstanding performance. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Passionate in developing career in Bakery / F&B industry;
• Proactive, strong commercial sense, analytical thinking;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
