We are looking for an accounting supporting staff with knowledge of accounting software and hands on experience in financial reporting.  The right candidate should be computer literate, dependable and willing to meet deadlines.

Job Duties:

• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer
• Reconciles bank statements with general ledger
• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files
• Updates receivables by totalling unpaid invoices

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Accounting or above
• Previous experience in Receivable Management an advantage
