Supporting the finance department, accountant, and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks. Preparing monthly closing reports and audit schedules for the company. The right candidate should be computer literate, articulate and willing to meet deadlines.

Job Duties:

• Completing financial reports on a regular basis
• Coordinating external audits
• Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing reports, records, and statements
• Reporting on debtors and creditors
• Handling accruals and prepayments
• Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and tracing errors back to their source

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience;
• Higher Diploma in Accounting or above;
• Detail Oriented;
• Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.
