About Our Client (Sizable Trading company) & Job Description
Our client, a sizable trading company is looking for high caliber candidate as following:
- Attendance management, Assist HR manager in payroll, MPF and medical claim calculation
- Supervising reception work, office maintenance management
- Expatriate local issues, traffic & accommodation arrangement
- Assist in Recruitment, employment and termination
- Responsible for organizing activities (employee relations) and communication program.
- Plan and execute corporate events and staff engagement program
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR management, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 - 8 years related experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
- Experience in working in Japanese company / sizable company is a plus
