Job

Direct report to GM and responsible for planning and developing of full spectrum of Human Resources operations and services such as budgeting and forecasting; recruitment; compensation and benefits; training & employee relations etc.

Strategic and Financial Planning

• Plans the HR budget and ensures that manpower and HR operating expenses are in line with the approved budget
• Implements, communicates and clarifies the policies and rules related to human resources and proposes modifications to fit the current needs and trends
• Aligns the human resources objectives to create an employee-oriented culture that emphasises the Company’s value

Human Resources Operation Management and Plannig

• Ensures HR formality and documentation should be aligned with Group standards and subject to the legal review if needed
• Oversee full of entire recruitment process from screening, interviewing to selection of applicants for all levels
• Ensures all performance reviews are properly completed and follow up with the development plans
• Ensures payroll accuracy; manages and executes employee compensation & benefits programmes align with Group standards
• Drives employee engagement level via a variety of initiatives and activities; time to time to maintain a pleasant working condition

Requirements

• 5 years and above of Human Resources Management with supervisory experience
• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline
• Hands-on knowledge in PeopleSoft; SAP and attendance system as definite advantage
• Experience in manufacturing environment and rostering planning is preferable
• Strong in HKSAR Employment Ordinances and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in spoken and written English
