Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Review and analyse potential matching records identified by the database system in order to comply with the regulatory requirements
- Carry out day-to-day operations in new business, policy processing and administrative support in an efficient and effective manner.
- Process new business applications and other administrative services in the department.
- Handle enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Others duties assigned by Manager.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
- Form 5 or above with at least 2-3 years clerical experience in the life insurance industry preferred.
- Mature, good manners and good disposition.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised, to work on own initiative and prioritise work.
- Ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, intermediaries, colleagues and industry agencies.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Chinese word-processing).
- Pay attention to details.
