Job Description


Core Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse potential matching records identified by the database system in order to comply with the regulatory requirements
  • Carry out day-to-day operations in new business, policy processing and administrative support in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Process new business applications and other administrative services in the department.
  • Handle enquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Others duties assigned by Manager.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with at least 2-3 years clerical experience in the life insurance industry preferred.
  • Mature, good manners and good disposition.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, to work on own initiative and prioritise work.
  • Ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, intermediaries, colleagues and industry agencies.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Chinese word-processing).
  • Pay attention to details.
