Job Description
Based in Clark-Philippines, the candidate will be leading Human Resources and administrative operation across the group of companies and providing strategic HR and administrative directions in the Philippines. He/She will be responsible to oversee the implementation of the company code of conduct, government mandated benefits, managing employee and government relations and ensure delivery of quality services to business units. He/She will also be responsible to ensure all licenses in place, compliance with local laws and regulations and recommend the best practice to Headquarters in HK.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of HR management. and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English and Chinese language.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related field with at least 7 years of management experience in HR and Admin. Operation.
- Overseas exposures is definitely an asset.
