Summary:

As Senior Consultant you will act as the intermediary between our clients, and targeted senior business leaders / experts in various sectors. You will be responsible for researching companies and industries in order to identify leading subject-matter specialists, and connect them with our clients for short term speaking engagements (e.g. video calls, roundtable discussions, keynote presentations at conferences, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing new candidates located in China by using a variety of methods including research, headhunting, screening and qualify, referrals and networking
• Act as a bridge between our clients and experts by connecting both for short term projects
• Providing high level of customer service and matching high-quality expert to our clients
• Maintain a strong relationship with the candidates over time
• Build a strong network and database of relevant candidate contacts  

Your Profile:

This is a position for someone with high emotional intelligence who enjoys connecting with people.

• Hunter mentality looking to match the perfect candidate with the client
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in financial markets or executive search
• Confidence to initiate conversations with senior executives in diverse sectors and functions
• Fluent in English & Mandarin. Native Mandarin speakers are highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both in emails and over the telephone
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and targets
