Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation for the residential, industrial, commercial, retails and new developments;
• Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing M/E plants / building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule;
• Supervise emergency maintenance works and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation;
• Prepare related reports, tender documents and contract administration

Requirements:

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A or above is preferred and Safety Card;
• Higher diploma with at least 3-5 years' experience in property & facilities management gained in property management companies;
• Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision;
• Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently.
