Responsibilities:

• Supervise and responsible for Kitchen overall daily operation
• Achieve target of the department
• Ensure the quality & safety of food, maintain hygiene standard according to company requirements
• Inventory control and order placing to suppliers
• Ensure the recipes & food fit the company standard
• Training colleague with company material to maintain high quality of services

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years hands-on working experience for kitchen operation
• Strong leadership and excellent organization skills
• Problem solving, good communication and ability to deal with different parties
• Proficient knowledge of running a restaurant
• Computer knowledge (prepare reports to office)
