Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensures all functions are set and staff are prepared before required time on BEO
• Ensure execution is achieved at the highest level
• Drive the banquet and events business, work with our events, marketing, and other relevant departments to provide an exceptional experience for our Patrons
• Assist in the planning and preparation of the events, including menus, inventory, and stock management, communications with the organizers, pre and post event coordination and follow up
• Manage casual/part-time staff to ensure the highest service quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Establish good relationships with our existing and new Patrons

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of the relevant Banquet Services experience from hotels, membership clubs, etc.
• Solid people management skills with the ability to lead as an example
• Established relationship with part-time/casual staffs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience of using MS Office application
