Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high level of service standards at all times
- Handle customers' enquiries through different channels (i.e. Email / Phone calls)
- Promote company's Loyalty Program and services to customers
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with guests
- Recommend and upsell travel packages & tours to customers proactively
- Resolve complaints and follow up with cases & reservations
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- Prior Customer Service experience is advantageous
- Excellent command in English and Mandarin
- Outgoing and energetic, with good communication skills
- Able to work on shifts (Overnight shift is NOT required)
