Job Summary　職位簡介:

A member of a new property development and sales team which based in Hong Kong, responsible for the sale of new hotel-style property complexes, as well as retail and entertainment in Vanuatu.

作為新成立的房地產開發和銷售團隊的成員之一，負責銷售位於瓦努阿圖全新酒店式物業綜合體。

Major Job Duties　主要工作範圍:

The successful candidate will be :-

• Responsible for hotel room salesand management (All Channels)　

負責酒店客房銷售及管理（所有渠道）

• Manage all OTAs, B2B, B2C and Group Bookings　

管理所有OTA，B2B，B2C和團體預訂

• To support and update social media platforms management　

支援及更新社交媒體平台

• Achieve business sales and profit targets　

實現業務銷售和利潤目標

Job Requirements　職位要求:

• Form 5 graduate or above　

中五畢業或以上學歷

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in front desk and reservations　

2年或以上酒店前台及客房預訂工作經驗

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales　

1年或以上的銷售工作經驗

• Good communication and negotiation skills　

良好的溝通和談判技巧

• Work independently　

可獨立工作

• Knowledge on Booking Engine and Channel Management　

熟悉客房預訂系統和渠道管理

• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel　

熟悉MS Word和Excel

• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese　

具良好中英文水平
