Tasks and responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the Company, to achieve a stable, functional and cost effective IT system that will support and enhance all aspects of Company operations
• Research, plan, design and complete technical tasks (system rollout, upgrade, migration, optimization, hardening, re-engineering, automation, change control and audit)
• Hardware, OS & system tuning, optimization and troubleshooting
• Maintain and ensure server, application and computer room facility operation are adhered to company IT policy
• Participated in the whole software development life cycle including gather user requirement, requirement analysis and define project scope
• Responsible for all IT related matters of the business
• Ensure the smooth IT operations in supporting the business
• To identify requirements, analyze and offer solutions to users
• Manage the full project life cycle from initial request through to final delivery of the project or change
• Web application implementation, company website maintenance
• Lead the development and support team members in maintaining PRC plant's operation and delivering adequate solutions to business
• Provide user training and support
• Prepare and implement IT policies to ensure a secure environment
• Communicate and negotiate with external vendors
• IT resources & budget control
• RFID implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• 5-7 years team managing experience.
• Experience in multi-sites & manufacturing environment
• Holder of CCNA / CCNP / MCSE / MCSA
• Exposure in one or more of followings areas is preferred:

Knowledge of Dynamics AX, ERP,POS, CRM, SAN, Linux, Sendmail, Anti-spam solution, Disaster recovery, MS terminal server, SQL Server, IIS, WSUS,  thin-client, MacOS, VoIP, firewall (PIX/ASA), IPSec/MPLS-VPN, WiFi, UPS, Node.js, web development, machine learning, cloud solutions

•  Strong team player, proactive, Independentee, able to work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet project deadlines
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong capability in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Willing to travel to PRC
• With knowledge and experience in the following areas are preferred / must:

          (1) Good technical and hardware, software troubleshooting skill
          (2) Hands on experience in SQL server, SharePoint administration & optimization

The applicant with less experience will be considered as IT Manager.
