Duties:  

• Gather all project related costs, apply client specific pricing, and generate standard and complex invoices
• Follow established billing processes
• Compile data and prepare client invoices in system
• Work closely with internal departments in responding to billing-related issues
• Other Ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:  

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or other related discipline
• 1-2 years’ related experience preferred, but fresh graduate will also be considered
• Ability to learn new billing system
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English and Mandarin
