Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Receivables
• Assist in maintaining customer master information
• Communication with business departments for payment, billing and pricing issues
• Handle general accounting duties and prepare basic accounting reports
• Data input, filings and clerical works
• Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by seniors from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• HKICPA student member is a merit
• Fresh graduate or 1-year working experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word and knowledge in SAP
• Able to work multi-tasks, self-motivated, well-organised and good team player
• Immediate availability
