Our client is a leading UK based global provider of Marketing services, is now looking for a high calibre candidate to join their dynamic operation team.

Job Duties/ Requirements:

• Collect data requirements and relevant information to support initiatives across the Operational Excellence Programme
• Analyse data, formulating and testing hypothesis, developing and communicating recommendations
• Present complex data driven analysis effectively and concisely to a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
• Contribute to the optimisation of data analytics across the programme ensuring focus on value add activities, alignment of processes and systems to avoid duplication etc
• Support the implementation of recommendations and more broadly of project initiatives as and when required in collaboration with other team members Personal Requirements
• Demonstrated aptitude for data analytics
• Exceptional analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills
• Experience and knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting including working with and reporting on Finance data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people across all levels and geographies of the organisation
• Ability to synthesise complex data analysis into simple focused messages and insights
• Collaborative working style with the appetite to contribute to overall project initiatives
• Highly-proficient in Excel (experience in other advanced analytics tools a plus e.g. Tableau, Visio, Alteryx, SQL experience) 
• University or above with 3+ years of experience, some operational experience a plus
• Proficient in English language skills, knowledge of intercultural sensitivities a plus
• Consultant/analyst from large corporate background or consulting/advisory firm is an advantage
