Job Description
Duties:
- Handle billing and receipt matters
- Client database maintenance
- Perform credit control and related correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the Department
- Other job related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate Degree with LCCI Intermediate qualification preferred
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in accounting field, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and accounting software
- Knowledge in QuickBooks and ViewPoint is an advantage
- Responsible, initiative, hardworking and independent
- Immediate availability is preferred
