Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation of the company's strategic goals and formulate long-term development plans for corporate development partners, mergers and acquisitions, etc
• Review monthly report for the board and assist in preparing the interim report and annual report
• Develop capital market strategies to create the greatest value for the company
• Ensure the company is fully complied with the requirements of the Listing Rules and other relevant regulations
• Regularly plan and arrange meetings with senior management, major investors and fund managers
• Responsible for company secretarial work of listed companies

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, preferable HKICPA, ACCA member or equivalent;
• Solid knowledge in the Companies Ordinance, HK Listing Rules, and other statutory / regulatory requirements;
• Big 4 trained candidate with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in listed company;
• Property and related industry experiences is a definite advantage
• Mature, well-organized, independent with strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Immediately available candidate is highly preferred
