We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Finance & Billing team as “Accountant”

In this role, you will

• Review accounting entries of subordinates
• Review month end status, perform bank reconciliation and perform month end SAP closing steps such as valuation exchange and depreciation run
• Support Assistant Finance Manager to ensure smooth daily accounting operations
• Assist the month-end closing and financial reporting
• Assist to review and prepare balances sheet reconciliations accounts
• Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting related matters
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with all policies and procedures
• Assist to prepare monthly cash flow forecast
• Support the Finance Director, NorthEast Asia to handle ad hoc projects as required
• Perform ad hoc projects/reports as assigned
• Occasional travels

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience gained from MNC or sizable organizations
• Proficient in MS office applications and experience in using SAP and Hyperion is an advantage
• Proactive, detail oriented, analytical and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese  
• Able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Immediately available is highly preferred
