• Graduate from Finance/Accounting/Business discipline is preferred while graduates from other disciplines with below skillsets will also be considered
• 2 to 3 year experience in corporate finance, preferably in merger and acquisition or legal due diligence related work
• Business graphic design/presentation skillset is an advantage
• Excellent business English and Chinese writing
• Fluent in oral English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties:

• Supports the Group M&A department
• Carries out market research
• Carries out basic legal due diligence
• Provides management report and presentation
• Assists in design and edit management report and presentation
• Performs general administrative office duties of a responsible and confidential nature
• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned
