Requirements

-          Bachelor degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines

-          Qualified Accountant with at least 6 Years of experience

-          Working experience in Big 4 / Audit preferable

-          Solid knowledge in the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other compliance regulations

-          Mature, well-organized, independent with strong sense of responsibility and good at problem-solving skills

-          Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing

-          Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, Putonghua is a must

-          Occasional travel to PRC is required

-          Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

-          Supervise the HK finance team to prepare financial reporting, management reporting;

-          compiling and analyzing financial data for the business decisions of top management;

-          Review monthly report for the board and assist in preparing the interim report and annual report;

-          Liaison with external parties, including auditors, lawyers and bankers;

-          Assist in financing activities;

-          Handle the compliance procedures and enquiry for all the transactions according to HK listing rules;

-          Organize the board's and shareholder's meetings and prepare the meeting materials;

-          Assist in providing corporate secretarial services for Hong Kong companies; and

-          Liaise with PRC finance teams and improve the efficiency of PRC operations.
