RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the Accounting Department and oversee the daily finance and accounting functions of the Company;
• Prepare and review financial, regulatory, statistical, tax and management reporting packages including group consolidation;
• Coordinate annual budget and perform on-going budgetary control;
• Liaise and coordinate with external professionals, i.e. tax specialist, auditors;
• Supervise other ad hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines and with solid knowledge in securities and commodities fields;
• Not less than 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years should be at a senior managerial level;
• Solid knowledge in technical accounting and regulatory matters;
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Familiar with the rules and regulations of various authorities;
• Excellent leadership and management capabilities and able to work under pressure.
