Responsibilities:

• Handle the whole cycle of account receivables and debt collection activities
• Perform settlement received from customers
• Follow up any discrepancies with customers
• Prepare collection schedules and assist in managing the credit status of customers
• Execution of the company credit policy
• Reconciliation for Bank
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with accounting knowledge
• LCCI Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Adaptable, energetic, able to work under fast moving environment and attention to details
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with clients in different backgrounds
• Solid experience in Account Receivable will be an advantage but not a must
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
