Job Description:

• Verify and process vendor invoices
• Responsible for daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and checks preparation
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with communications with customers and supplier.
• Maintain proper filing system
• General accounting works
• Verify payment and offset follow up
• Other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Min. 3 years working experience in a company with trading background
• Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative and fast learner
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good PC skill, proficient in Excel in a Must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferred
