Job duties:

• Manage the accounting team in both Hong Kong and PRC by streamlining and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency;
• To be in charge of the overall financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting for the company and its subsidiaries;
• Review and develop the internal control procedures and policies of the factory operations;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers;
• Provide professional financial advice to the top management;
• Provide administrative support to the group.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting with professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA;
• Over 15 years financial exposure with more than 8 years working experience in PRC manufacturing environment;
• Familiar with PRC government and customs laws and regulations, accounting system, taxation, especially in manufacturing accounts;
• Well acquired with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems;
• Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment;
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Regular travel to Dongguan is required.
