Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and financial reporting standards
- Responsible for full set of month ended reporting and consolidation packages, including coordination with PRC offices
- Review, recommend and implement changes to existing accounting workflow and procedures
- Liaise with Bankers on treasury matters
- Respond to accounting inquiries from Management or other stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Responsible for checking daily operation issues, no limit to financial entries, documents and reports
- Assist Financial Controller and Management in preparing specific analysis, report, forecast and other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, with HKICPA and ACCA qualification, or equivalent
- 6-10 years’ working experience in financial institution or consumer finance industry is preferable
- 3 years’ BIG 4 audit experience is a must
- Experience in operation workflow and e-banking administration is a definite advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer skills, FLEX Account, and MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
