Job Responsibilities

ü  Monitor and manage account receivable and ensure settlement within a timely manner

ü  Ensure timely send out statement of accounts to clients and perform debt collection when necessary

ü  Prepare weekly aging reports and assist in correct and timely allocation of payments received

ü  Chase overdue invoice within agreed credit term with both internal and external, focus on good manner by phone and email

ü  Perform credit assessment on individual customer

ü  Work closely with sales departments on the customer disputes and settlement negotiation to prevent potential bad debt

ü  Assist Credit Control Manager on Change Management and Process Improvement projects

ü  Handle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignment

ü  Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by the company

Requirements

ü  High Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor degree holder, preferably in account, finance, business, legal or related disciplines

ü  2 to 5 years’ solid experience or above in Credit Control or Collection equivalent, with Credit Insurance experience will be an advantage

ü  Familiar with credit operation cycle and credit related processes  

ü  Good interpersonal, communication (in English and Chinese), analytical & problem-solving skills

ü  Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with good team spirit

ü  Willing to take up challenges and take initiation on changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

ü  Computer literacy with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Chinese & English Word Processing, especially Excel is a must

ü  Immediate availability is preferred
