Job Duties:

• Handle daily operation in account receivables / payables with local and international customers / agents
• Coordinate with local / overseas customers / vendors about payment / billing matters
• Handle monthly and ad-hoc accounts payable with local and international customers via cheques payment and online banking
• Update payment / receipts reports
• Perform daily bank receipts / payment reconciliation
• Issue monthly invoices to customers, & monthly tracers for outstanding payments
• Handle general accounting entries and month-end closing independently
• Liaise with Auditor for the year-end audit and tax issues
• Do the accounting entries with a computerized accounting system for each assignment
• General administrative support and filing
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• LCC Higher, Diploma holder or above in Finance or Accounting preferred but not compulsory
• Well-versed in general accounting concepts
• 3 - 8 years of working experience in accounting, payable or receivable functions (candidates with less experience may also be considered as “Accounting Clerk – Full Time or Part Time)
• Knowledge in MS word, Excel, Chinese processing, accounting system and online banking system
• Good command of English, & Chinese, both in written and spoken (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Mature, organized, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
