Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Handle daily AR related clerical tasks in a timely and accurate manner, e.g. maintaining cash and cheques register
Responsible for data entry in Oracle system, e.g. invoices settlement in ERP system
Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

DSE graduate or Higher Diploma above in Accountancy or related discipline;
Immediate available is highly preferred;
Detail-oriented, well-organized and independent, with sense of responsibility;
Good PC skills, e.g. MS Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage;
Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
Overtime work is required if necessary
