Job Description
Responsibilities
- Issue sales invoices to corporate customers
- Monitor the status of outstanding customers’ accounts and follow up overdue balances
- Cross check invoice details with warehouse/shipping source documents
- Assist in credit control and new customer approval
- Maintain accurate sales order/customer data in the system
- Prepare sales related reports
- Any other ad hoc tasks from management
Preferred qualifications:
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- F7 / Diploma or above with accounting knowledge
- At least 2 years work experience in accounting field. Experience in credit control/customer services will be a plus
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
