Responsibilities

• Data Processing for Accounting Entry
• Reconciliation monthly bank statement report
• Prepare and handle purchase orders to suppliers
• Clear import goods through customs
• Liaise with logistics drivers to ensure goods delivered on time
• Administration office work including filing and handling emails

Requirements

• F.5, Minimum1 year experience
• LCCI Intermediate or above
• Able to read & write in both Chinese & English
• Competent in MS Excel & Word, Typing in Chinese and English, with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar position is advantage
• Self-motivated with a good working attitude
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills
• Full support to Admin and Accounting
• Immediate start preferred
• 5.5 working days per week
