Responsibilities

• Apply for Certificate of Resident Status for Hong Kong holding companies, advise and assist Managing Director to meet all requirements of the application
• Manage and optimise global holding structure
• Manage and optimise global financing structure
• Manage compliance of transfer pricing
• Arrange and regular review of management service charges from holding companies to subsidiaries
• Manage and coordinate with external audit and tax consultants to make sure their deliveries are timely and of highest quality
• Support of future merge and acquisitions in tax areas
• Maintain good communications with HQ and overseas subsidiaries
• Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, finance and accounting related major is preferred
• 10 years or above corporate tax related experience in large MNC/SOE and Big 4
• Good knowledge of BEPS and international/Hong Kong transfer pricing and double tax agreement signed by Hong Kong IRD
• Tax restructuring experience is a plus
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry is a plus
• Integrity, intelligence and energised
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Tax Director
